   Create an xAI account

   Open console.x.ai. This is xAI’s developer console — not grok.com, and not an X Premium plan.

   Add billing or credits

   The API is pay-as-you-go. Add a card or credits. New accounts sometimes receive promotional credit from xAI; after that, usage is billed to you.

   Create an API key

   API Keys → Create. Copy the key once. It starts with xai-.

   Paste it on this desk

   Sign in to Northline, paste the key below. It is stored on your account only. This desk does not share a free Grok quota.
